Sky News host Caleb Bond says “sleepy Joe” has been a “bumbling mess” during his first 11 months as president of the United States.

“He has been a do-nothing president,” Mr Bond said.

“The only thing he has managed to achieve is pulling the troops out of Afghanistan too fast, which of course led to the resurgence of the Taliban.

“It has been a horror year for Joe Biden. He has promised but failed to deliver anything other than muck-ups.

“He would have to be hoping for a miracle to save him next year.”
